FIT-CRITICAL FRAME AND FLANGE: 48Y frame with a SQUARE flange. It bolts to square-flange pump housings only. It is not a round-flange or C-face motor (48J/56J), and it is not a 56Y frame motor.
THE WRONG-FIT TRAP: match TOTAL HP, not nameplate HP. Read HP and service factor off the old nameplate and multiply. This one is 1.25 THP. Then check the mount is a flat square plate, not round.
